Default O-H-I-O! A quilt for Buckeyes

This was may fourth quilt, and i finished it in 2011. I used patterns from the Quilter's Cache website, a great resource for me. I made the quilt using the Snowball block(http://www.quilterscache.com/S/SnowballBlock.html) and the Ohio Star block http://www.quilterscache.com/O/OhioStarBlock.html.
I made this for my oldest son, who graduate from The Ohio State University in 2009. In the snowball blocks, I appliquéed the red block O and images of licensed fabric that I found in an Ebay auction. AFter I finished this quilt, I was so pleased with the results I made another one for our second son, who graduated from OSU last spring.
Cheri Gabrielsen, a master quilter, finished the quilt for me by quilting it. Great thanks to her for doing such a great job.
