I have made some criss cross coasters, this one is like the ones I made;

You could use the three colors, and in the 4th use muslin with the wedding information. Also the pattern uses 5", but I do not see why you couldn't use 4.5". They do go together fast, but 200 (no matter how you look at it) will take some time.
