Oh i found someone a link for that. can't remember where but it was for a simple knot like I do. a slip knot i believe. i make my fringe cuts at least 3 or 4 inches long, take one top and bottom fringe and fold it around my fingers pulling the end trough. it slips up nicely near the body of the quilt and lays flat. now you can also just tie a regular knot, one over and one under again. either works fine.
