My mom also made it with the Buddig beef. She also made creamed tuna and creamed hard boiled eggs using her white sauce recipe and we would have them on potatoes or toast. The Frugal Gourmet has a great recipe for sausage and gravy in on one his cookbooks. We make that a lot using Jimmy Deans sausage. These sure are good comfort/ feel good recipes.
