I have been on a couple;DH went along,but not as a quilter. On days at sea quilters were in the sewing area,taking classes and enjoying the lovely new sewing machines provided. I met ladies from all over,learned a lot ,had fun. On port days,there were quilt shops to see,if desired. Some of the quilters ate together,went on excursions etc. DH went fishing with some of the other husbands. I enjoyed the trip to Alaska ; it was very scenic. I would first check out who the teachers are and what they'll be teaching to make sure it fit what I like. Remember to pack your Scizzors and rotary cutter in your checked luggage. Enjoy!
