Yummy Cheeseball!!
I made this cheeseball to take to a quilting gathering of about 20 friends. They loved it so I thought I would share the recipe with all of you! Hope you like it too!
2 8oz pkgs of cream cheese (I use the whipped Philadelphia cream cheese)
1 jar of Kraft Roka Blue Cheese (this is very hard to find so grab several jars if you find it)
1 jar of Old English cream cheese (found by the pimento cream cheese)
2 tablespoons of Lipton Onion Soup Mix
1/4 tsp of cayenne pepper
Dash of garlic salt
Mix all ingredients together and roll in chopped pecans (optional). I have used this recipe for a cheeseball and also just as a dip mix with Wheat Thins. YUMMY!!
