Terrific Tuesday - I'd liks us all to adhere to the 7 Ps to help us with weight loss -- Proper Pre-Planning Prevents Pretty Poor Performance. Pre-plan meals and any eating 'binges' and performance (results) will show up in weight loss. Takes a bit of work there, but well worth the effort. I know Cindy talks about what she buys at the store and planning for meals, I do as well, but hubby and I eat out 2-3 times per week and it's hard to 'pre-plan' with meals out. I'm going to give it a try - how 'bout you?
