It looks like a 306 (same as the 319, but without the levers) See

P.S. 306/319 take a special needle. Don't try and use a 15x1 or you'll damage it. Lots of information about this, but the machine's worth it. I found the special needles for 60 cents each and in Australia, that's unbelievably cheap :-)
