My first thought was oil-cloth, that's slick and reminds me of the old picnic table cloths. I think its pretty thick fabric though. PUL comes in some really cute designs. I was looking 3 years ago to make diapers for #2 grand-baby, all Jo-Ann had was plain white. They have more selections now.
