Put your thinking hats on please? Pretty Please??
I have 3 weeks until my DD wedding. Last night my mother brings me, what I thought was a completed wedding signature quilt. Well I guess I have the top, batting and backing. Does that make it complete? NOT!!! Now I have to quilt it.....UGH!!
I know in the pink corner squares will be diagonal lines 1/2" apart for guests to sign their names on, instead of a guest registry book. I have no idea what to put in the rest of the quilt. I can do some really simple freehand designs with my LA by would really rather have some pattern to follow or better yet, a design for my QBot to just set it and watch it go.
Does anyone have any suggestions on what to put in these 4 camo blocks or in the 4 borders, YES, 4 borders!! Borders are not my favorite thing to do at all. I always end up with too much fullness on one end or a side or both, heaven forbid. The back is the yellow/purple/brown blended fabric (not my favorite either) I would have put a camo backing on it since it is a camo themed wedding. What do you think?
I am thinking start in the middle and work my way to the outside on this one. But what designs to use............................................... ...
