The more I think about it - Dunster has the best idea - have the signatures on the back. I've never done a signature quilt but I've heard horror stories from people in my guild about people not able to follow directions about how to sign. Signatures end up in the seam allowance area, they can't sign on a line, etc. I vote for on the back.
