It is a model 15. Those are the RAF decals which I think are quite desirable. The decals look like they are in great shape. I hope you go get it ASAP! (If I saw one in my city I would certainly attempt to get it.) You can't go wrong since there will be plenty of help for you if something on it isn't working quite right.
