Boy, FM, hope you can get back down. Sounds like you have the right attitude for losing. I'd love to get back to 125 or thereabouts, but that ole AMA chart shows for my age, height, etc that a good weight is about 141 - so that's what I'm striving for. Have a ways to go, but I keep plugging at it.
