Joe give everything a sporting chance. Someone bought two machines from me this week and left me two plastic wonders. Too bad you were a day early - you could have had a challenge. One might be missing a spring on the reverse - it doesn't activate and the other has a glitch - I can feel it - probably a broken gear. Those plastic wonders are so confusing. I think you have to have the stars and moon all line up a certain way then hold your mouth just so as you read the manual and pray that it works. They aren't even heavy enough to be door stops. The lady was pretty excited to see she could clean the vintage ones herself. Yeah I showed her how. I do when people want to take the time. She had real sweet kids along, too.
