I always am reading more than one book. First of all, "Loved the Last Child". Now I am reading a second book by Louise Erdrich, "Four Souls" after having just finished "Tracks". I am also reading "A Tale of Two Cities" and "The Blue Zone". Some days it is hard for me to decide between reading and quilting so I always have a quilt to work on in my lap at night while watching mindless TV.
I finally got smart about mindless TV and now I listen to Books on CD while I quilt. I suppose I would listen to books on an MP3 player, if I were a little more technologically advanced, but the CD player near my machine works well. I used to listen to books on tape while I gardened, but the tape player died and the library quit carrying cassettes. I love to listen to music too - It all keeps me interested while I keep on task.
