There is quite a large population of Amish around Keuka Lake in New York State. The Amish have shops at "The Windmill" which is only open on Saturdays. There are some material shops around the lake in particular Chubb Hollow Road, Penn Yan, NY. Aside from looking for material, you could also check out local wineries.
