I just make a pot of coffee, let it cool, add ice and once in awhile I like to add Bailey's Irish Crème as an afternoon drink.(But only have that if I know for sure I'm going no where that requires leaving the house). I like to put a lot of ice then the coffee and Bailey's at the same time. Some times I just use what is in the pot left over from breakfast on ice. Depends on my mood. I don't get elaborate.
