I am soo excited! I just bought an old GE iron for $3 at a church rummage sale. It's made in the USA!! You just can't find that anymore! Tried it, and it works.
It's heavy (
like that!) and the cord is only about half as long as it should be, lol, but I LOVE it! It's so old the prongs on the plug are both narrow! Just have to tell the world here....
