i cannot find the thread you speak of. in looking into the past threads, the swap signups seem to start in september. i think i remember that there was a thread this year discussing that there will be a swap this year, but it was not the actual swap. depending how those discussions were going, it may have been deleted. put a reminder on your calendar to look in september for the signups. it should be in the Member Swaps forum.
