This is just the top and I think the pattern was called "Smooth Sailing" by Carolyn Beam, from Quiltmaker #133, May/June 2010. I put a really neat aquatic print of fishies as a six-inch border all around the quilt. And then I gave it to my sister who had questioned my orange fabric purchase, haha. Shows her what you can do with a yard of orange!
