Thank you so much for posting the larger picture.....it's lovely as I said before....I have a lot of hankies from my mom and grandmother (long gone) as well as from elderly church ladies who are no longer with us. I started a butterfly hanky quilt many, many years ago but never finished it.....I loved this tribute to your mom so I think you've inspired me to pick some of my favorites from my collection and do something similar. I just read your profile....I'm a retired accountant and music teacher as well......great minds?......
