Marsye, I agree with you totally on most soy foods. The milk grosses me out and tofu is just not something I can put in my mouth without a gag reflex. That being said, the "sausage" and the "hamburger crumbles" work well. If you don't find another way to increase soy, try the hamburger crumbles first in a spicy dish. Spaghetti, tacos, etc. You might be surprised. If not, chalk it up to experience.
