I assume you don't have a scanner. There is a math formula that would tell you how much to enlarge or decrease a block. I use my scanner all the time to change the size of quilting stencils. Usually, the people in office supply stores can help you figure out the difference. Enter 5.25 and divide it by 3.5 and you would enlarge the 3.5" by 1.5 or 50%. I haven't done it in a long time so I hope I am posting the right info. The older I get, the more I forget !! Good Luck !!
