I just got my quilt back from the long arm quilter...and I held it up to show my husband(who was standing in front of our bow window) and I saw daylight coming through my quilt! I don't think I should see daylight through a black quilt, or am I wrong? The daylight is coming through the pinholes where she quilted the designs.
Nothing I can do about it now- I'm binding it now and giving it as a gift in 4 hours. My girlfriend is getting those hot flashes now , so hopefully those pinholes will bring in some air
my fabric was purchased at my quilt shop (but can't remember the name) just that it was $11/yd.
My regular LAQ retired and sold her machine so I am trying new LAQs out. thinking I need to learn how to do this on my own machine....
thank you!
