I just finished this quilt, which is destined for my brother and his wife in Indiana. It's made from double D9P blocks, with sashing and green cornerstones to add another block. (There's a great explanation of double D9P at

I did FMQ in all the yellow squares, each one is a different pattern. I don't think you can see it too well in the photos.
It was fun; I love batiks on black! This is my second quilt with that combination.
