At my house, my kids had two choices -eat it or don't. All four of my kids are willing to try anything even now. but, all four of my kids have allowed their children to choose what they eat, and none of the four can figure out why their kids are such picky eaters. My Grandma used to say "If I took the time to cook it, you can take the time to eat it'"
