I'm in the "look local" camp. I found a 15-91 in a cabinet at a garage sale for $30. Previous owner died, and her elderly husband, bless his heart, had tried to update the wiring. My husband spent about 20 minutes correcting the poor feller's wiring mistakes and now it works beautifully.
