Lots of people have asked for the pattern name and I was able to find it in my sewing room pretty quick. It is called Pocono Ridge , designed by Jan Douglas. It was in the McCall's Quilting Sept/Oct 2011 issue.

(I have not gone on the website to see if it is still available). The skill level was listed as intermediate and the finished size is 38 1/2 x 64.
