Why can't you eat it? People believe that Sushi is just raw fish. NO, it is not! A California Sushi roll is rolled up rice with avocado, cooked crab and another veggie depending where you purchase the roll. NO raw fish. Try it, you will love it. However, there are sushi rolls with raw fish in them; it is just like eating tartar in a restaurant. Tartar is raw meat pulverized to disguise it, at least the sushi bars don't. Tks. for listening.
