you obviously have a computer. just download irfanview. its free. If you have the design in your computer already, just click on the design, then chose open with irfanview, go to image, then down to resize/resample, then a box opens that about half way down on the left you will see where you can ask for pixels or inches, choose inches. now in one of the boxes put your 5.25 if the box preserve aspect is marked it will automatically change the other so the proportions are correct. Now you can save it just like any other document. If it's not in your computer, it can be saved directly from the site you mentioned. right click on top of the picture - then when your choices come up, choose save picture. Put it where you can find it again and start the open with irfanview process. WALA

I use irfanview all the time for everything I want to resize because it is so simple and I need simple when it comes to the computer.
