As I sit in my big green chair watching the tragedy in Oklahoma, I can see three of my quilts folded over two couches and my ottoman. I also have quilts on every bed. I want them to be used ... if they get spilled on or messed up, I'll just have a really good excuse to make another one. I also tell everyone who gets one of my quilts that I made them to be used, not saved! I also tell them that their quilt doesn't have to be on the top of the bed, it can be used as a cover.
