Hello and welcome from Minnesota! Click on the "member list" at the top of this screen. You will have to go into each "Karen" to find one from West Virgina, but I bet you'll find her!! (usually people put where they are from when signing up on the QB.) Then you can click on her name and send her a personal message! Lots of luck!!!
