I don't do scrappy, unless it is a very controlled scrappy, usually for a class. My sister, however, loves scraps, so I send all mine to her. In fact, if I'm taking a class, I tell everyone that if they don't want their scraps, please give them to me. She makes mini-quilts (aka, potholders, mug rugs, etc.) which she shares with her friends around the world. She will periodically send me a stack of potholders, which I then take to guild meetings, classes, etc. and gift to the other ladies. Those who have given me scraps are always looking to see if their scraps made it into one of them, which they will then take home. When I say controlled scrappy, this is what I mean:
