I am having the same problem. I have spent hours searching on Google (also using the list of quilter's favorite shops listed on this site). So far, it is a dead end for me. I don't think there is a certain time that collections come out. I know that reps from the quilt manufacturers meet with quilt shop owners located in their area showing them samples of the fabric that will be available in the near future. Shops order what they want to sell in their store and the fabric is shipped after it is process onto bolts. The fabric I am looking for was used in a quilt in McCall's Quick Quilts magazine in the Feb/Mar issue of this year. Good luck with your search !!
