Yep, all it takes is a quick rinse under lukewarm (tepid) water, then dry it off and it's good to go.
Though I will say, I quilt with cats (one who has black hair) and some of those hairs can really stick to the slider. When that happens, I just use my fingers to gently loosen the hairs while I'm running it under water, and they rinse right off.
