Don't forget that we actually had to go to the neighbor's house to ask them to come out and play. And when we did go outside, our mothers couldn't call us on our cell phones to check on us every 15 minutes. We usually stayed out all day with no communication with the parents and no one thought anything of it!
And when we wanted to talk to our friends during class, we passed notes back and forth under the desk, no texting for us! :lol:
