I made this table runner for My physical therapist that has worked on my frozen shoulder for the last 5 months. She has been working on my shoulder to break up the stiffness twice a week. I can now touch the top of my head and have very little pain.

The table runner was in a reicent magazine; the runner is called "Snowball Runner."
