Not everything works out as well as you might hope even with the best tools and equipment available to you. I was trying to remove a flange on an upper shaft and it broke. I was using a torch and a gear puller at the time this happened. Sadly, I will have to shelf this project for the time being.

Oh Grant, that is awful!! It looks like white metal (my dad was a welder) and that doesn't repair easily. Will you look for another machine to steal the part from?
