Joe, it is a National Rotary, but I have seen many badged with different names. Some have the crinkle paint on them too. It has the cast into the head motor, pivoting "slideplate", flat faceplate with the upper tension on it. I know you have seen them before too. Here is a shot of it from the front as I got it. And yes I said OOPs. I was using an oxy-acetylene torch and got it cherry red and it still wouldn't budge.
