JBWeld, is your friend.
I have a White DRESSMASTER that came to me with a bent and cracked needle bar housing. I tried to straighten it but it completely broke. I figured it would.
I JBWelded it and it's good to go. The repair would be near invisible if I use some OD green paint to touch up the area.

I guess I don't have an "after" pic, but it is fixed and functioning.
