Most of the time, I can hardly wait to finish the top. One quilt, I actually got the giggles picking out the fabric! And it was from my stash!
Right now I'm working on a quilt made from horse show ribbons.. and it's a pain! The rosettes are on cardboard and stapled AND glued. I'm trying to figure out HOW I'm going to do this. I've got it laid out on the floor and plan on sewing the ribbons indiviually onto a backing, and then putting the rosettes on. I've told this person I'm making it for, that it won't be a bed quilt. It will have to be a wall hanging. I also have some t-shirt quilts I'm making for some friends. I'm not totally excited about them, but it's fun to think of different ways to make them. But, GIGGLING when I'm making a quilt, is a real high!
