It sure is. When I got an estimate for having my car painted and looked at the breakdown, it was 80% labor, 15% materials, and 5% local ""fees"
I did it myself for the 15% part....
Good Results = Time+Money+Effort Take away from one and it needs to be made up by one or both of the other two...
