You can do the hanging upside down; it works great. You can tie either a fine mesh bag or small brown lunch bag over the greenery so that when it starts to dry it'll all fall into the bag. You can use a clothes hanger and make a wreath to hang it while it dries (works great with rosemary, etc too) and you can chop them, add a little water and freeze in ice cube trays. I do this with cilantro. I buy several when it's on sale and store it for future use. It's one of my favorite herbs.
