Looked at the machines in your Japanese ZZ thread and there is two commonalities to most of them.
First they are cast iron behemoths and second all but one have push button reverses.
My wife has said she wants a lever type reverse so she doesn't have to hold it with one hand as she guides the fabric with one hand and cranks the HC with another hand ....... umm, yeah that's what she said .... sorta.
