QNS - actually we are staying in our house. I have set up a make shift kitchen with microwave and toaster oven and our refrigerator in the garage. I can use the RV, as it is in front of our house if I need to. The over the cooktop microwave/convection oven is still in place too, so I have used that to bake in. It is just so darn inconvenient!
