Vintage machines of that era are all about the same -- workhorses. They usually thread the same, and you can take them apart to oil moving parts. (In fact, they should be taken apart regularly for oiling.) I used to buy machines like this to donate to a local group. They were actually rather fun to clean and oil and get going again.
What is the price of the machine? Is it a cabinet model? If so, you usually want the cabinet too as not all cabinets fit all machines. Where I am, if the machine is clean and everything works and it is in a nice cabinet, it might sell for $75. The price range would be about $25-75 depending on condition. If anything on it is broken (such as the bobbin winder), it would be closer to $25.
