Know all too well about the pesky in-laws. My MIL didn't come to the wedding because "she couldn't watch losing her son." Bad news lady, you done lost him long before we got hitched. Then when I finally met the woman, she was half in the bag and she made me promise that I would let her be in attendance at the birth of her grandchild. THAT was an easy promise to make since we had no intention of having any kids.
