I have never used Pay Pal, but I do know that Ted Storm's thumb thimble is legit. I considered purchasing either this one or Thimblelady's, but wanted to try it out before I spent $80 - $100 on a thimble. So, instead I bought a T. J. Lane thimble at Jinny Beyer's Studio and love it.
