So I would price the flannel for 1/2 of this - or $1.75 to $2.00 per yard - but you might also add "or best offer." E-bay has a Singer Touch and Sew in cabinet on sale for $150 - so someone will probably snatch yours up for $20 right away. Good luck with your yard sale.
