I make mine in a crockpot...easy!!!! There are lots of blogs out there about it but basically you put the milk in the crockpot and get it hot to kill off any live cultures, turn it off and let it cool down then add plain yogurt w/live cultures, wrap up the crockpot, let it sit overnight and tada...fresh yogurt! You can strain it in cheesecloth or some clean muslin. If you let it strain for a long time you get a yummy soft cheese. I don't remember the times or amounts of milk/yogurt so please read a few blogs....it's sooooo easy! Diannia
